New Platform Enhancements: Request to Upload Multiple Vehicles and Smart Rate Search Filter

At COOP, we're committed to enhancing your experience to make renting and listing vehicles more efficient and user-friendly. That's why we are excited to introduce two new features that will take your vehicle rental experience to the next level.

Request to Upload Multiple Vehicles Option for Owners

Have a large fleet you’d like to rent out? We’ve got you covered. Instead of listing vehicles one by one, you can now request to list several for rent at once using the Upload Multiple Vehicles option on our platform to make adding vehicles faster. Whether your business has a fleet of trailers, trucks, tractors, or vans, you can showcase your commercial vehicles to a network of over 17,000 trusted Renters.

With this platform enhancement, you can easily add more vehicles from your fleet to maximize your earnings while providing Renters with more options if your vehicles meet the listing requirements. Offering more convenience, it’s easy to submit your vehicles for review to let the reservations roll in.

How It Works:

If your business has an account to list vehicles on COOP, follow these simple steps.

1. Log in to your account and click the "Upload Multiple Vehicles" button.

2. Access the template and follow the prompted instructions to add the information for the vehicles you want to list.

3. Once you complete your vehicle details, save the template as instructed on the platform and submit your upload request.

Once you’ve completed these steps, a COOP representative will contact you within one business day to finalize your listings. Additionally, an email will be sent with instructions for submitting a copy of your registrations, pictures of the vehicles, Certificate of Insurance (COI), and annual inspection documents if required.

Smart Rate Search Filter

To help Owners set the best rate for optimizing vehicle rentals and help Renters receive fairer pricing in the market, the COOP Smart Rate tool was created by our team of industry experts. It dynamically adjusts the rates of vehicles based on a variety of characteristics like vehicle type, mileage, and market demand. Now, when looking for the most competitive rates, Renters can filter their search for vehicles that are priced using COOP Smart Rate.

Need rentals that offer the best value for your money? Click here to search for vehicles using the Smart Rate filter.

If you’re an Owner with vehicles listed on the platform and would like to make sure they have Smart Rate enabled, visit your Fleet Overview page to update your settings. Remember, vehicles listed at or below the recommended rates are 60% more likely to transact. Renters will be looking for these vehicles when they search for inventory on the platform.

Your Trusted Partner for Fleet Optimization Solutions

We're thrilled to provide you with these new enhancements to make your experience on our platform more seamless and efficient.
